Shimas Rasheed has grown through the ranks from an Intern all the way to Director of Operations in the past 12 years. This equips him with a firm understanding of the business from ground level operations including hardware and software configuration all the way to strategic management of business operations and development. This experience has led Shimas to lead the company to where it is today through implementing pragmatic solutions tailored to the needs of the Maldivian Hospitality Industry. Furthermore, frequent visits to resorts early in his career had led him to develop a strong network and a reputation for reliability within the industry.
